As the list of participating stores will change as new businesses join the Alliance, be sure to check www.seguindba.org/shopseguin to stay up to date on where to take your bag while shopping downtown Seguin. Can’t make it downtown to purchase your bag? Don’t worry, order your bag online at the same web address.

“One of the goals of the DBA is to promote shopping local and we felt these bags were a great way to promote that which is why the bags feature a reminder to shop and dine local,” said Dana Hall, President of the Alliance and owner of You’re So Crafty, “The bags are a win-win, one it reduces the use of single-use bags, the shopper benefits with savings and the businesses garner repeat customers.”

The proceeds from the bags go to the Downtown Business Alliance of Seguin to fund downtown beautification projects, marketing of downtown, and hosting events. The DBA is a 501©6 membership organization whose mission is to market and promote downtown Seguin. Their vision for downtown is a vibrant business and entertainment-oriented city core – that showcases historic and cultural integrity. Any individual, business, or organization is welcome to join the Alliance to strengthen Downtown Seguin.
