Favorite Local and Award Winning County Artist, Natalie Rose to perform in Central Park

A local voice that continues to generate more buzz in the entertainment world and bringing accolades back to her hometown is our very own, Natalie Rose. With pure talent, she is taking the stage in Central Park on Sunday, June 17 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. as part of the Central Park Summer Concert Series.

Born and raised in Seguin, Rose is no stranger to taking center stage especially in her own territory. “It's always nice to perform in your hometown for a variety of reasons. One is how wonderful it can be to see familiar faces in the crowd, another is how awesome it is to be able to only have to drive a few minutes to your show and then a few minutes back home,” stated Natalie Rose.

Along with old country classics and today’s modern hits, Rose will perform her own charting single, “Conformity”. A hit that went to #7 on the Texas Regional Radio Charts and was #15 out of the Top 200 songs of the year for the same chart.

“Behind the microphone is one of the only places I truly feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s where I’m supposed to be.” stated Natalie Rose.

The summer concert series features area bands on Sunday evenings during the month of June and first week of July. Natalie Rose will perform on June 17th playing a variety of country music. The last Sunday in June, the 24th, will feature the cover band, Phil Luna & the Lunatics. To end the Summer Concert Series, on July 1st the San Antonio Symphonic Band will perform a patriotic concert to continue the weekend celebration of Independence Day.

Food will be for sale by a local Boy Scout troop to help fundraise for camping activities. The concerts will be on Sundays starting at 7:00 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. The family-friendly concerts are free and offers something for almost every musical taste. Bring a chair or blanket and sit back, relax, and enjoy!
